These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ajrandadorn.com and purchases from Ajr & Adorn, a direct-to-consumer jewellery brand based in Sydney, NSW. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). We operate with ihsan (excellence) and amanah (trustworthiness).

1. Use of Our Website

Our site is for lawful personal, non-commercial use only.
You must be 16+ or have parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Do not misuse the site (e.g., hacking, scraping, transmitting viruses). We may suspend access for violations.
All content (text, images, designs) is our intellectual property or licensed; no reproduction without permission.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are offers to purchase; we accept upon dispatch confirmation email.
Prices are in AUD, inclusive of GST (10%). We reserve the right to correct errors.
Payment via secure processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, credit cards). Full payment required upfront.
Stock is limited; we are not obliged to fulfil out-of-stock orders. Pre-orders ship as stated.

3. Products & Descriptions

Products match descriptions at checkout, subject to minor variations in finish due to craftsmanship.
Jewellery is everyday luxury stainless steel; care as per product guidelines to maintain quality.
Miswak and refills are natural products—variation in colour/texture is normal and not a fault.
No warranties beyond ACL statutory guarantees for faulty goods.

4. Cancellations & Returns

Unshipped orders: Cancel/change within 12 hours via email (hello@ajrandadorn.com), subject to stock.
Returns (Change of Mind): 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags. Return shipping at your cost unless faulty. Refunds exclude original shipping/original discounts.
Faulty/Non-Conforming: Free returns/repairs/replacements/refunds per ACL. Report within 7 days with photos.
No returns on pierced jewellery, custom items, or opened miswak refills (hygiene).
Process refunds to original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price.
We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost profits) or delays beyond our control (e.g., Australia Post, force majeure).
ACL consumer guarantees apply—you have rights to repair/replace/refund for major failures.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Check before ordering.

NSW law applies; disputes resolved in Sydney courts.
